The Problem
Oral Brooks has 3 businesses that are disjointed in brand and lack a clear common ground. This is not ideal as the artist struggles to promote himself under one brand without confusing his end consumers.
The Solution
Simplify this project into its core concepts:
1. The user: A clear user flow with direct links to the 3 businesses on home page.
2. The business: brand 3 businesses as 3 services under artist name “Oral Brooks” with “spoken word” as the common theme.
The Impact
90% of users perceived all 3 businesses under one brand.
86% success rate in user flow testing.

What I learned
Oversimplification and lack of proper signifiers leads to user confusion, as in the case with the social media menu.
What I would do differently
Given the highly personal nature of wedding vows, I would conduct more interviews to obtain a more comprehensive research data.
Limits & Constraints
Voiceover and poetry audio files were not ready on the client's end, limiting the user experience during testing.
